Grow Hamtramck Block Party & Arbor Day Celebration — Saturday, April 18, 10 AM–1 PM

We can't wait to see community members at the Grow Hamtramck Block Party on Saturday April 18th!!
The event will take place from 10am-1pm in Pulaski Park and from Norwalk St to Evaline St along Lumpkin St (see attached map).
Activities include:

- Free giveaways & prizes
- Neighborhood tree plantings
- Tree benefits workshops &
- Touch-a-truck with a Fire Truck & Bucket Truck!!!
The Block Party doubles as the City's Arbor Day celebration and kicks off the spring 2026 planting season for Grow Hamtramck, the City's grant-funded program to plant 1,000 trees in 4 years.
